I grew up in Ohio surrounded by freshwater. My love of aquatic research started in high school at Ohio State University’s Stone Laboratory in Lake Erie where I took a 1 week Limnology course. I was hooked. Throughout my time as an undergraduate at the University of Dayton, I took advantage of any and all research opportunities. I spent one semester at the Scottish Association for Marine Science in Oban, Scotland, interned at Alaska Fisheries Science Center in Newport, OR and worked as a field biologist at Kealia Pond NWR in Maui, HI.
Currently, I am a postdoctoral research associate at the Conte Anadromous Fish Research Center in western Massachusetts.
Nice page so far, Going Rogue!
